The Nylofor 3D Panel

• Two widths :
  • 2500 mm in 3D+ and 3D Extreme
  • 3000 mm in 3D XL only
• Heights :
  • from 630 mm to 2430 mm for 2500 mm widths
  • from 1030 mm to 2430 mm in width 3000 mm
• 30 mm spikes on one side of the panels.
• Can be installed with the spikes on the top or bottom.
• Mesh size : 200 x 50 mm (folds : 100 x 50 mm).
• Wire diameter: 5 mm

Guarantee 5 or 10 Years

The Betafence guarantee will depend on the location of your fence and the model chosen:

Classification C1 to C3 - You are more than 3 km from a salty or aggressive environment: the 3D+, 3D XL or 3D Extreme, panel will be guaranteed for 10 years.
Classification C4 - You are between 1 and 3 km from a salty or aggressive environment: the Nylofor 3D+ will give a 5-year guarantee, while the Nylofor 3D Extreme offers a 10-year guarantee.
Classification C5 - If you are less than 1 km from a salty or aggressive environment: only the Nylofor 3D Extreme gives a 10-year guarantee.

Associated swing gates

The Nylofor 3D system is completed and secured with qualitative Robusta / Nylofor / Egidia swing and sliding gates

Coating technique and colors

• Nylofor 3D+:
  Made from galvanised wire, the panels have an epoxy primer and a 140-micron polyester coating. Standard colours are available in RAL 6005, 7016, 9005 & 9010 with a 10-year guarantee for C1 to C3 environments and 5 Years Enhanced* for C4 environments. For non-standard colours, a 100-micron thick polyester coating is available with a 10-year guarantee for C1 to C3 environments.
   
• Nylofor 3D XL:
  Our Nylofor 3D XL panels are made from galvanised wire, then polyester-coated (100 microns) with a 10-year guarantee for C1 to C3 environments.
   
• Nylofor 3D Extreme: The wire for these panels is coated with a special zinc-aluminium alloy for high corrosion resistance. It is then coated with a 150-micron polyester layer with a 10-year guarantee for environments classified from C1 to C5.

Colours

• Nylofor 3D+ is available in the standard colours Green RAL 6005, Grey RAL 7016, White RAL 9010 and Black RAL 9005. For other colours, please contact us.
• Nylofor 3D XL is available in Green RAL 6005 and Black RAL 9005. Other colours available on request.
• Nylofor 3D Extreme is only available to order for all colours in the RAL range.
